Chicken Sandwhiches

Recipe for delicious chicken sandwiches.

Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 loaves of French bread
  • Lettuce
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • Your choice of cheese ( I like provolone)
Directions:
  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Add a little bit of olive oil or canola oil in a pan.
  3. Add the chicken in and wait until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Put the chicken over a paper towel on a plate and let them cool off.
  5. Cut the bread into desired shape you want
  6. Melt the cheese onto the bread. (The best way to do this is to put a piece of bread on a pan and put the cheese on top and wait until it melts.)
  7. Cut the chicken and put it on the bread.
  8. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut them and put them onto your sandwich.
  9. You can add some onions to give the sandwich some more crunch, or you can add our favorite topping like mayonnaise, or mustard.
  10. Enjoy!

Man of Steel.

Not to long ago I saw Man of Steel. I thought it was a very good movie, but the one thing I would improve was how long it was. The movie lasted almost 2hrs and 30 mins. I got a bit antsy waiting for it to be over. But on a good note, the roles for  Martha Kent ( played by Diane Lane), and Jonathan Kent ( played by Kevin Costner),were cast very well. I was entertained the whole time, and was interested to see the changes they made to make it more modern. The plot is similar to the original superman. Kal-El or Superman is sent to Earth because Krypton is about to blow. The same original story line, for the beginning , but they skip the scene where his "earth parents" find him in the ship out in the fields. They skip right to him being an adult. Throughout the movie they continue to jump back and fourth between his childhood, and adulthood. After being sent to earth, and growing up, Clark must defeat the evil General Zod. At the same time he must get the government to trust him. The ending shows him getting a job at the daily newspaper to be a reporter. The final scene ends with him smiling at Lois, setting up the story to unwind. Of the overall experience, I would rate this movie four stars out of five.
